Carter Jonas has been actively encouraging my professional growth through a diverse range of projects, I am given my own to work on day to day whilst also gaining experience by assisting other colleagues and attending events as a representative of Carter Jonas. The support structure provided for graduates is outstanding with many opportunities throughout the year to meet colleagues in offices and teams across the country. I am looking forward to a promising future with Carter Jonas.
My first year at Carter Jonas has been fulfilling, with the opportunity to get involved in an array of different projects. My daily tasks vary between management, valuation and professional work. I have had exposure to a variety of rural professional work and benefitted from the expertise of senior staff in the office when dealing with challenging work.
I am at the beginning of my APC training following a recent career change within Carter Jonas. They have given their full support and guidance throughout my transition. I am currently working on the Highways England contract as an Asset Manager, I work on a very wide range of work such as property and land inspections and removing fly-tipping and fly-grazing from the land. The practical knowledge I receive from the diverse range of projects on work on has a positive impact on my current studies.
My first year as a graduate at Carter Jonas has been very enjoyable; I have been given a variety of work that has allowed me to develop my knowledge and prepare me for my APC. The support provided at Carter is excellent whether that be from my colleagues in the Leeds office or on the graduate APC training days. I have found Carter Jonas to be a very enjoyable place to work and I would recommend Carter Jonas to any Commercial graduate.
